Penn Highlands Fund Development is sponsoring the Dr. Gary DuGan Memorial Basket Raffle, with ticket sales running from July 13, 2026, through August 28, 2026.
Stop by the Penn Highlands DuBois Atrium on Mondays and Wednesdays from 7:00 AM to 8:30 AM and 11:00 AM to 2:00 PM to grab your tickets. Tickets cost just $5, and each one gives you six chances to win.
Tickets will be drawn on August 31, 2026, at 8:00 AM. Winners will be notified so you don’t need to be present to win.
Every dollar raised from the raffle will go directly toward a great cause – the Penn Highlands Graduate Medical Education (GME) program.
Dr. DuGan was an integral figure in developing the health system’s GME program which plays an important role in shaping the future of medicine by providing medical students and recent graduates opportunities for rotations and one-on-one mentorship from attending physicians to equip them with the inpatient and outpatient training needed to meet the demands of rural healthcare.
